Assalamualaikum.

At first I don't even know what is CLC (CEO List Club). So I just go to the AGM (Anual Grand Meeting) because I'm automatically become its member *for those who get 3.5 and above*. At that day, I was elected as IT representative. I keep asking to myself. "Why me? I don't want to do anything". A few weeks later, some of our main board have been elected to SRC (Student Representative Council). So from IT representative I was chosen to take place as Vice president for Exco Career. I was like "I likey..... but.... what am I suppose to do??" So here it started.

On February 26, 2011, we had Induksi Training at Titiwangsa. I was told by our president last week and I was like "Dude! I have taekwondo lah" but he said that it is really really really important so I just take a break from taekwondo. We were suppose to meet up in front of the college at 6.45am but we start our journey at 7.30am. =.= What do you think I will say? "You so *tut* I have been waiting since 6.45am and you guys shows up late!. Thanks God that Abang Rashdan and Ahza was there when I got there. If not I'll be screaming there". Okay2. enough with the bad words. Let go straight to the activities.

We arrived there around 7.50am and meet up with the rest of the facilitator and the main board. We had our breakfast first *cooked by abang Syafiq*. Then we need to introduce ourselves+our positions. We had to remember each one of us. Our names, father's name, mother's name, birthday and where we from and we have been asked about that. Thanks God I haven't been asked by that questions. hehe.

Module 1 : It all starts with intentions. Brief by our president, Aiman. Whatever that we want to do in this world, we need to set our intentions. Okay I don't remember all his words so I just going to skip about this. hehe

Module 2 : United we stand, divided with fall. WE HAD MINI EXPLORACE!! At that time I was like "OMG. What am I suppose to do? I'm not in a good condition right now". My group consist of me, Durra, Hazirah, Mumtaz and Ahza. Other group consist of Fawwaz, May, Tieah and Kaliapan. We had to find 3 clues and ran from other group so that we won't 'die' in that game. But I'm the second people who 'die' because I got caught by 3 people. =.= But we did won and thanks to Ahza. :) *I'm sorry I can't help you sold the balloons and mop the toilet. gommenasai*

Module 3 : Why us, not them?. Brief by kak Ika. What she said is true. Why we keep saying those words? We have been chosen for that. So it's better if we didn't sigh about it. What we got. Do it! Take that responsibilities. When someone gets that position we talked behind that person. Have we ever stand up for that position? No right? So it's better for us not to call someone as gila kuasa or kaki bodek or so whatever if we don't have any gut to do that. We were also been told how they manage a program, how they find a sponsorship. It was hard for them but I think that what make them strong and get a lot of experience. *sorry I can't find the right word*

Module 4 : You scratch my back, I scratch yours. Brief by kak Ayu. The questions are "apa maksud kawan bagi anda? apa pula maksud sahabat dan teman bagi anda?" Seriously I don't know how to answer that questions. There's a reason behind that questions. We need to be professional in many ways. For example that was given by kak Ayu, when they manage a program, they kept fighting with each others but they become friends once the meeting or the program is over. After that we need to find a partner. We need to tie our leg and carry a ping pong ball to the end line. *there's a lot more I want to type but I can't find the right words. sorry*

Module 5 : Ready, Aim, FIRE! Brief by Aisyah. We have been explained about what the meaning of visi and misi and we need to think and write down what is our visi and misi. It quite hard for me.

Module 6 : What's my job? Brief by abang Syafiq. He told us that among all the club, clc is the only club that don't have any program. So he explained to each of us what are we suppose to do and we need to do something so that people will at least know what is clc. Whatever we do, we need to always be ourselves. To make a program is not as easy as it sounds. So he wanted us to say something what we going to do in the future and he wants to see that happen. For my job, I'm quite blur about what am I suppose to do. Well I think maybe I can think of something later. Who knows maybe I'll be able manage a program successfully.

Module 7 : Fail to plan, plan to fail. WE NEED TO MAKE A PROPOSAL!! We have been divided into 2 groups. They showed us the example of proposal and they wanted us to make one. And again I don't understand how to make it. Our first proposal got rejected. xD But they said it's okay. This is only training. We still have time.

This training make me understand more about my position. I shouldn't be proud about it but try my best to complete my responsibilities. It not an easy job but I'll try my best. A special thanks to our fasi (Abang Rashdan, Abang Syafiq, Kak Ika, Kak Ayu, Kak Fatin, Abang Acai, Aisyah) and to our president, Aiman for this. (:
